Our goal is to provide a safe enjoyable training environment and quality services to the maritime community.
MOS is comprised of current Law Enforcement Officers who specialize in Maritime Operations. We are honored to serve alongside multiple agencies and jurisdictions to help keep the marine community safe. Our desire is to continue that work and partner with you for your training needs.
Charles Barker Champions for Kids began in 1994 with the mission of giving back to our community by providing educational scholarships and financial support for a variety of community programs for Hampton Roads youth. We endeavor to meet this goal by hosting fundraising events in which 100% of all proceeds go to the charities we support.
